Aaron Wan-Bissaka will reportedly join Manchester United’s soon-to-be free agents in waving goodbye to Old Trafford in tonight’s Premier League clash against Newcastle United. The Red Devils right-back is expected to be a part of a summer clearout at the start of Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s rebuild.

United host Newcastle, knowing anything less than a victory would effectively confirm a record-low eight-place Premier League finish.

Erik ten Hag’s side have slipped out of the European spots with just two wins in their last 11 league games, making way for the Magpies and Chelsea.

The torrid run of results has piled pressure on the Dutchman, who is widely expected to join the array of United names to leave in the opening few months of INEOS’ rule.

But while United’s new football hierarchy hasn’t yet communicated a decision on his future, several players will step on the Old Trafford pitch in friendly colours for the final time tonight.

Yesterday, Raphael Varane announced that he is leaving the M16 giants when his contract expires in June, ending a three-year spell since his move from Real Madrid.

Anthony Martial will likely follow suit, alongside Tom Heaton, Brandon Williams and Jonny Evans. Sofyan Amrabat’s loan won’t be made permanent.

According to The Sun, Wan-Bissaka will join Varane and Martial as a third long-term first-team player to bid farewell to the Old Trafford crowd against Newcastle.

The 26-year-old is due to enter the final 12 months of his contract this summer, leaving United open to cut-price offers.

Wan-Bissaka joined from Crystal Palace for a £50million fee in 2019, and five years on, United are said to be eyeing £20m to part ways.

They are confident of striking a deal – amid links to a Selhurst Park return – with the report adding that a t-shirt showcasing Wan-Bissaka lifting the Carabao Cup has even been printed in his honour.

Casemiro is almost certain to be sold amid strong interest from Saudi Arabia. Christian Eriksen is also in the shop window after publicly admitting his frustration with his game time this term.

Harry Maguire and Victor Lindelof will miss the crunch clash through injury. However, both long-term centre-backs’ deals are up next summer, and at least one is expected to depart.

Bruno Fernandes will be present for the traditional lap of honour after full-time, but he reportedly isn’t going anywhere in the coming months after showdown talks with INEOS.
